One plan covers the partnership
Plans belong to people, not to accounts. A partnership account stays fully editable for every member while at least one of its Owners or Managers is in the trial or has a plan.
The account's sheet and member limits come from the best plan among its Owners and Managers. Reports follow your own plan.
Billing
- Billed monthly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
- The price in your currency is shown in the app before you confirm.
- Cancel any time in your store account settings.
- Deleting your Sharaketna account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store.
Questions and answers
Do all partners need to pay?
No. An account stays editable for every member while at least one Owner or Manager on it is in the free trial or has a plan. Workers never need a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
If no Owner or Manager on the account has a plan, the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Everyone can still read the ledger, and editing comes back as soon as an Owner or Manager subscribes.
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on your country and are shown in the app, in your currency, before you confirm. Apple or Google bills you monthly, and you can cancel any time in the store.
Can I subscribe on the web?
Plans are purchased in the iPhone or Android app through Apple or Google. A plan you buy there also works on the web. The free trial works everywhere, including the web.
What is an AI credit?
Credits are used when the app turns your words, voice, or receipts into entries, and you pay only for the rows you keep. Typed notes cost 1 credit for every 5 rows, voice notes and receipts or PDFs cost 1 credit for every 2 rows, and one result never costs more than 5 credits. Adding entries yourself never uses credits.
Which plan sets the account limits?
The sheet and member limits come from the best plan held by any Owner or Manager on the account. Reports follow your own plan: you see them while you are in the trial or on Partnership Pro.
