Sharaketna is a shared ledger app for business partners. Partners record the partnership's revenue and expenses in one place, set each owner's profit-share percentage, review and approve each period, and see how much profit belongs to each partner.

Sharaketna (شراكتنا) means "our partnership" in Arabic. The app was previously called Joint Accounts.

Small business partners and co-owners: restaurants and cafés, clinics and pharmacies, farms, traders and shops, workshops and service businesses, family businesses, and people who co-own property.

It is built for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE first, in Arabic and English. It works anywhere, and you can choose any currency.

No. It is a record-keeping tool for partners. It does not file tax returns, issue VAT or ZATCA e-invoices, run payroll, or give financial, tax, or legal advice. If you need those, use it alongside your accountant.

Invite them by email from the account's members page. The invitation link is valid for 14 days. They sign in with Google or email and join the account.

Add them as a nominal owner, by name only, with their profit share. You can later replace the nominal owner with a real invited member, and their share is kept.

A Manager administers the account. An Owner holds a share of the profit. A Worker enters records as the role allows, for example a cashier or an accountant. Sheets a Worker submits can be sent back with a comment.

The records they entered stay in the shared ledger so the history remains correct. Their name is shown as "Former member".

Each owner has a profit-share percentage. When sheets are completed, the reports apply those percentages to the net profit (revenue minus expenses) and show each owner's share.

A sheet groups the entries for one period or job, such as one month. Its status moves from In Progress to In Review to Completed. A completed sheet can be reopened if a correction is needed.

Yes. Each account has its own currency, using any ISO 4217 code, such as EGP, SAR, AED, USD, or EUR.

Yes. Attach a photo or a PDF to any transaction.

Profit and loss, revenue against expenses over time, spending by category, each owner's profit share, and a waterfall view of how revenue becomes profit. Reports are included in the free trial and in Partnership Pro. Export to PDF and CSV is coming soon.

Type a sentence like "paid 2,500 for vegetables", record a voice note, or photograph a receipt. The app suggests the entries and you review, edit, or delete each row before anything is saved.

No. AI entry is optional and needs your separate consent. You can always add entries by hand.

You pay credits only for the rows you keep. Typed notes cost 1 credit for every 5 rows; voice notes, receipts, and PDFs cost 1 credit for every 2 rows; one result never costs more than 5 credits. The trial includes 20 credits, Starter 45 a month, and Pro 500 a month.

Yes. Every new user gets 30 days free, with no card. The trial includes 20 AI credits, up to 500 sheets and 10 members per account, and full reports.

No. The account stays editable for all members while at least one Owner or Manager on it is in the trial or has a plan.

The account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and editing returns as soon as an Owner or Manager subscribes.

Partnership Starter and Partnership Pro are monthly subscriptions purchased in the iPhone or Android app and billed by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in your currency in the app. A plan bought on a phone also works on the web.

Ledgers, files, and accounts are stored with Supabase in the European Union. AI, sign-in, billing, and email providers, some in the United States, are listed in the Privacy Policy.

No. We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and our providers may not train their models on your data.

Only the members of that account, within their role. Access to every row is checked by the database, and files are kept in private storage.
